​OptiNourish Shipping Policy

We aim to get your order out quickly and reliably. The details below cover where we ship, how long it takes, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Where We Ship

  • United States

  • Taiwan & Hong Kong

  • Mainland China

​Ship-from locations:

  • Orders to the United States, Taiwan, and Hong Kong are generally fulfilled from the United States.

  • Orders to Mainland China are fulfilled from our China warehouse (a local sender/return address may appear on the label).

Processing Times

  • Order handling: 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

  • Business days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Delivery Estimates & Shipping Costs

United States

  • Cost: Free standard shipping on all orders.

  • Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days after shipment.

Taiwan & Hong Kong

  • Cost: Free shipping on orders $79 USD+; Orders under $79 USD: shipping is calculated at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after shipment.

  • Duties & Taxes: Local duties/taxes (if any) are the recipient’s responsibility.

Mainland China

  • Cost: Free shipping.

  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after shipment.

  • Fulfilled domestically from our China warehouse.

 

Notes on estimates: Timeframes above are typical but not guaranteed; carrier delays, weather, customs inspections (HK/TW), peak seasons, or incomplete/incorrect addresses can add time.

Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

  • Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the carrier picks up the parcel.

Address Changes & Order Edits

  • If you need to change the delivery address or modify your order, contact us immediately.

  • Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to reroute most packages.

Missed, Late, or Lost Deliveries

  • If your package hasn’t arrived after the timeframes above, email us with your order number and we’ll investigate with the carrier: contact@opti-nourish.com.

  • If a package is marked delivered but you didn’t receive it, please check with household members, building management, and neighbors, and then contact us so we can help.

Shipping Currency & Thresholds

  • Thresholds are listed in USD. If you pay in another currency, the equivalent amount is shown at checkout.
