Eligibility & health use

You must be 18+ to purchase. Our products are dietary supplements and not medical treatments.

Content on the Site is educational and not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional, especially if pregnant or nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.

Statements on the Site/products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or Health Canada; products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Accounts

You’re responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.

We may suspend or close accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

Orders, acceptance & availability

Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we ship.

We may refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing/availability errors, or resale activity).

If we cancel after you’re charged, we’ll refund the full amount.

Prices, taxes & payment

Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice.

Applicable taxes/duties may be shown at checkout or assessed by your local authorities upon import.

We use third-party processors for payments and do not store full card details.

Shipping: destinations, origin & risk of loss

We ship to: United States, Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan (ROC).
Where orders ship from: Orders to the United States, Hong Kong, and Taiwan generally ship from the U.S.; orders to Mainland China ship from our China warehouse.
Timing & fees: Processing and carrier transit times vary by destination and method shown at checkout.
Risk of loss: Title and risk pass to you when the carrier marks the package delivered to your address or collection point.

Import duties & customs: You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance requirements.

Subscriptions (Auto-Renew)

If offered, subscription or auto-renew plans authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel.

Cancel any time before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge/shipment. No partial refunds for the current term once processed.

Promotions, coupons & gift cards

Promo codes cannot be redeemed for cash, have no cash value, are not stackable unless stated, may exclude certain items, and can be modified or withdrawn at any time.

Gift cards (if offered) are non-refundable except where required by law.

User content (reviews, photos) & license

If you submit reviews, photos, testimonials, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media for marketing and operational purposes.

You represent that you own or control the rights to your content and that it’s accurate and lawful. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to: violate laws; submit false or unauthorized medical claims; infringe IP rights; upload malicious code; scrape or reverse-engineer the Site; send spam; or attempt to circumvent security or purchasing limits.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, product images, icons, and software—is owned by Harmony Balance LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

OptiNourish is our trademark. You may not use our marks without prior written consent.

Third-party links & tools

We may link to third-party sites or provide access to third-party tools. We are not responsible for those sites/tools, and your use of them is at your own risk.

Disclaimers

Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the products or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits or data), even if advised of the possibility.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Harmony Balance LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

DMCA/copyright notice

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email a notice to contact@opti-nourish.com with: (a) your contact info, (b) description and location (URL) of the allegedly infringing material, (c) a statement of good-faith belief, (d) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act, and (e) your physical or electronic signature. We may remove content at our discretion while we review.

International customers (CN/HK/TW)

Orders to Mainland China may be fulfilled from our China warehouse, and shipments may list a local sender address.

You are responsible for ensuring the products are lawful to import into your country and for any duties/taxes or clearance steps required.

Changes to the Services & Terms

We may update products, prices, and features without notice.

We may also update these Terms by posting a new date at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time for any reason.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations, arbitration) will survive.
